01 · Cosmos
Before a clock.
The film is Earth and a solar array, shot from the International Space Station. NASA released it as a public-domain timelapse. It is not a measurement of the age of the universe, and it is not a kingdom.
No distance, age, or galaxy count is printed.

02 · Earth
One planet in the frame.
This plate is a NASA Blue Marble composite of the western hemisphere: land, cloud, and ocean. It is not a political map, and it is not a date for when the planet formed.
The photograph’s credit is on the frame.

03 · Species
One living species.
Living humans are Homo sapiens. That is the Smithsonian Human Origins Program’s species page. The picture behind the sentence is still the Earth composite. The species claim and the photograph are separate.
Cultures and faiths are not ranked from this fact.

04 · Nile
A river civilization.
Britannica’s survey places ancient Egypt along the Nile. The photograph is the pyramids at Giza, a modern picture of the monuments. No unification year and no king list are stated.
The Arab Republic of Egypt is a later state on related land. It is not pharaonic rule continued.

05 · Surveys
Separate rooms.
Viking Age Scandinavia, the Indian subcontinent, early Chinese states, and the Mali Empire are separate Britannica surveys. Putting them on one ruler does not mean they shared a century or knew each other.
No raid, dynasty date, or ruler’s years are stated on this beat.

06 · Today
The countries people name.
The seals in the hall name modern countries. Each portal keeps that country apart from the older survey on the same land. The photograph is a fjord in Norway, not a government.
Who holds office is not a museum endorsement.
